1.1. The Teamflippy Open Water Splash powered by Bojo’s is a swimming event organized by Teamflippy and Bojo’s scheduled to take place on 19th of December at Mole.
1.2. Participants in the Event are subject to these terms and conditions. By registering for and participating in the Event, participants acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.1. Participants must be in good health and physically capable of completing the swim safely. Any medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed during registration.
3.1. Participants are required to abide by all rules and instructions provided by Event staff, lifeguards, and officials.
3.2. Safety is a top priority. Participants must wear appropriate swimwear and follow safety guidelines provided by the Event Organizer.
3.3. Participants must not engage in any unsafe or dangerous behavior during the Event.
4.1. Participants must register for the Event in advance through the official registration process provided by the Event Organizer.
4.2. Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Event is canceled by the Event Organizer.
5.1. By participating in the Event, Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with swimming, including but not limited to the risk of injury or death.
5.2. Participants hereby release, waive, and discharge the Event Organizer, its sponsors, partners, and officials from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Event.
6.1. Participants acknowledge and consent to the use of their name, likeness, and images in Event-related photographs, videos, and promotional materials.
7.1. The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather or safety concerns. In the event of cancellation, registration fees may be refunded at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
8.1. The Event Organizer may collect and use Participants' personal information for event-related purposes. Participants can refer to the Event's Privacy Policy for more information on data handling and protection.
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the Event, or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jurisdiction.
